Choose whether each email is saved as its own PDF file, or whether all emails are combined into a single PDF document in the order you added them.
Page size
A4 (210×297 mm) is the standard paper size in the UK and Europe. Letter (216×279 mm) is the US standard. Choose whichever matches how you intend to print the PDF.
Date format
Controls how the sent date appears in the PDF. EU format shows day first (e.g. 30/05/2025). US format shows month first (e.g. 05/30/2025). Choose whichever is clearest for your audience.
Attachments When enabled, the PDF will include a list of any files that were attached to the email — for example "invoice.xlsx" or "contract.pdf". The attachment files themselves are not included, only their names.
